These galvanised Expansion Ties, supplied in a box of 20, are vertical control gap ties designed for brickwork. They help maintain the stability of masonry against lateral winds, while the V-profile accommodates differential movement across the control gap.
Suitable for clay bricks and tested for a control gap range of 10 to 15mm, they are designed and tested in Australia to AS/NZS 2699.2:2020. A Z600 galvanised finish gives them an R2 corrosion resistance rating.
