This Weed Mat is a 1.83m x 25m bulk roll made from woven polypropylene fabric using entirely recycled components. UV-stabilised and black in colour, it has a density of 85gsm and is used to suppress weeds across larger garden beds and landscaped areas.
It offers excellent water and air permeability and resists most garden chemicals and fertilisers, making it a durable, practical ground cover for bigger jobs.
Note: Clear the area of weeds and grass first, overlap joins by 5cm, and cover the mat with at least 50mm of mulch or bark to stop sunlight degrading the fabric.
